I have a harmony 880 that no longer wants to turn off my xbox (set up as media extender). Pressing off turns off the tv & amp but not the xbox, help asks if the tv is off, amp is off, then says Ensure your xbox is off.
I have a xbox power toggle set up on the device and this works fine, also i successfully added a send xbox power toggle event after exiting each activity, this also works fine. So why doesnt the harmony send the power off when I press off?
Searching the forums i noticed a few people have this problem with different devices and delete / re add the device. Is this the only solution?
Definately have set I want this device off when not in use, set power toggle as the button to turn it ON and OFF (even though ON has no effect without hardware mod)
Thanks....

** Update; emailed logitech support and they make some changes to my account which now works perfectly. I asked what they did but no response yet.
