The lcd screen went blank and they are sending me a replacement. My question is do i have to go through the complete set up again or just hook it up and press update remote from my home page. I am really new to Harmony remotes. Thank you.

Just connect it and press update. However, you should check that it has the latest Firmware installed (Support > Download > Firmware).
