I am having trouble updating my Harmony 659.
The update proceeds until the progress bar shows 90% complete and the details show that the update is being verified on the remote. The progress remains at 90% for maybe 3 minutes and then goes to 100%, but there is an error message saying there was a problem with the update.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried resetting the remote? Remove one of the batteries, then re-insert (that basically reboots the remote), then try the update again. Don't know if that will work, but can't hurt to try.
