I have a Panasonic DMR-EH60D, a DVD/HD recorder and Freeview receiver. It is in the Harmony database but most of the IR codes are incorrect. There are also lots of functions listed that just don't exist, for example codes to change discs (as if this is a changer, which it is not).

What is the best way to report this to Harmony? It seems odd that they don't have an E-mail address and you have to call.

The database is more by brand rather than individual models.
To leave an email message you have 2 choices:
1) On your website homepage, click "Click here to provide feedback" (near top right).
2) [Link: logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com]

It would be interesting to find out if you learn the commands that are wrong to the website if the website will use those for other people that use that model

Yes but it take a while. Also, to find out if a device has been updated, you have to click Device > Troubleshoot and it will let you know, else you get the regular troubleshoot options.

Martin- are you a dealer? They have a specific dealer support number for this kind of thing. Otherwise, you can call technical support at 1-866-291-1515
My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."
