Ok I just picked up the Harmony 720 and am lost in configuring the device. This is my first Harmony and am trying to pick up the nuances. After opening up an account online, I notice there is a section to setup Favorite Channel. However, for the life of me I cannot figure out how to setup HD channels. For instance I try to setup 2-1, but the program tell me that I need to teach the command "-". There is a button on the the original remote with button "PROG -" that allows this to happen. How do I set this up so that under favorite channels section is able to recognize the "-"? Any help is appreciated. I've searched and searched but can't seem to find the answer.

The IR sequence '-' for your TV does not exist
Suggestions:

* Try learning the - again for your TV

I sorta figure out how to learn new buttons but don't know how to assign it to the requested IR sequence.

You need to teach it the "-" command to your TV device under a singe character named "-". On the website interface, next to your TV device, select "More Option > Learn infrared commands". Check if the list already has a "-". If so, select it and click "Learn". If not, then scroll down to the bottom and type "-" (without the "") over and replacing the "MyNewCommand", then click "Learn New Command".

Thank you for the quick response. Sort of beginning to pick up the workings of this remote. Was able to configure per your instruction. Thanks again.
