hi guys I'm new here and did some searching but I can't seem to find how to fix my problem. i have the XIR mod (lets you turn original xbox on by hitting display or select with the DVD Remote and turn it off by hitting 0) and I have everything programmed into my Harmony 360 remote under "Watch A DVD" to turn the xbox on. It won't turn it on when hitting the activity button no matter what I do, all other devices turn on just fine and the xbox can be turned on by using the PwrOn option under the xbox's other codes. It's not a major deal but i would love to correct this so my GF (tech iliterite) can use it alot easier. t

Try increasing the inter-device delay for the xbox. Also try the HELP button - if that fixes it then it's almost certainly a timing problem and increasing the inter-device delay will fix it. If not then re-check the power configuration options.
