when changing channel on guide will skip three channels same when change five channels skips 15 happens real fast ?

Try reducing the "number of repeats" (now nameless) under Device > Troubleshoot > Show me more problems > Device doesn't appear to receive every command correctly > The device responds too much to some commands (for example, volume up increases the volume too quickly).

Also make sure you configured the "How do you select channels" properly. It has 4 options (Two numbers, Three numbers, Numbers(s) and then enter/select, Number(s) only). You will have to run the "Redo initial setup" (under Device) to check it.
