First time poster and I did a search but had to stop reading when my eyes glazed over. Still in process of finding my way thru this piece of machinery. All the other universal and dedicated remote controls cluttering my table will increase or decrease the volume of my Panasonic 36" TV by one step or notch but the 880 wants to do it in steps of two, no matter how deft my touch. Other questions will be posted here or with Logitech CSR's in the future but no response from them on this problem after several days. Weekend maybe? JC

Troubleshooting - forgot the wording on the questions but you want to tell it that your remote sends too many commands.

On the web interface, it's under Device > Troubleshoot > Show me more problems > Device doesn't appear to receive every command correctly > The device responds too much to some commands (for example, volume up increases the volume too quickly).

I would think that reducing the "repeats" would fix this.
