Anyone having problems getting the 880 to accept programming? I am getting a message that says "unable to inactivate flash - action aborted" Any Idea what this means? Logitech CS has no idea so they are sending me a new remote. In the mean time, I exchanged the original remote at Best Buy where I bought it but still having the problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Try removing the battery from the remote and then re-inserting it before you attempt to update it.

Just for my information, do you send out your "faulty" material back to Logitech ?
Or you keeped it ?

Just asking because they accepted replacing my docking station (charging problem), but they told I can keep the "faulty" one ?!?!?
