I'd like to know if there is any synchronization between the configuration you are doing here :

and the configuration you are doing in the software running on your PC ?

I mean if you change any device or activity setting with the PC application, will that change also appear on the web at the URL above ?

They both store all info on logitechs web site, and just use different versions of software on the PC.

You cannot program the Harmony with software only residing on the PC as it always needs to interact with the web site.

Thus you should use the website interface instead of the "Tunnel Vision" client S/W interface.
