I posted a week ago about a 520. I've since returned that and purchased a 688 instead. It seems like a much more well built remote.

Anyways, I've got it all set up and working well. The only problem I'm having is that the "prev" button doesn't work, and the button keys are being funky. I can get one number into my cable box, maybe two, but there's no way it will recognize three. I called support and they adjusted the timings---and for a moment it seemed like it fixed it, but it's happening again. I'd call again but they stopped being available after 7:00 or so Pacific Time. Any help from you all?
