So I've had my Harmony 880 for three days now, & so far I'm really impressed. I had been using a Pronto TSU-2000 for about four years, and while I loved the ability to customize, I really wasn't comfortable with the form factor. Additionally, it was WAY too much effort to add a new device to my configuration-- at least for the level of usage I intended. After close to four years, the LCD was getting pretty washed out, & soft keys were starting to randomly lose their programming...

As far as the 880 goes, I haven't yet experienced any of the hardware problems that have been reported previously. Obviously, the form factor is far more comfortable than the Pronto, & I'm managing to adjust to the layout of Play/Pause/FF/RR, etc. The "help" mode is great... as whenever my macros got out of whack on the Pronto, I'd have to manually go into each device and power off/on or switch inputs as necessary.

I'll keep playing with it, & I'm sure I'll keep customizing. One thing I haven't been able to figure out... is it possible to change the order of devices on the device screen?

At its price point ($130 after rebate through Dell.com), I think this remote is a great value. Given that Philips has changed the niche it's addressing with the ProntoPro, I haven't found anything else in this range that has the same levels of control as the 880.

If there are any other user forums for 880 advanced users, I'd appreciate someone letting me know.

Thanks!

I called DELL and they said 249.99..

How can I get it for $130.00?

There was a coupon code for 30% off which has expired. Then $50 rebate and there was free shipping (but you paid tax).
