I have a Harmony 880, an IR543AH and a PCS SMST6. I programmed scenes on the SMST6, but can't seem to get the Harmony do use them. I'm able to control individual switches through the IR543AH as well as queue them up as Activities, but nothing on the SMST6 even though its supported. No response from Harmony either. I finally spent the money and got the damn SMST6 remote just to see if it works. I can use it to "learn" the commands, worse case. Anyone else use a SMST6?

There is an X10 forum on this site where you might be more likely to get an answer.

In general the Harmony on it's own is not ideal for X10. I use an Ocelot X10 controller to handle my X10 in conjunction with the Harmony. The Ocelot has an IR receiver on it and can therefore translate any IR command to an X10 command or macro depending how how you program it.

Skippy,

Thanks for the reply. I expected that. The SMST6 works great for X10, you can set up your scenes and assign the appropriate button and be done with it. It also has an receiver was well. Well, my SMST6 remote will be here tomorrow, so I guess I'll use it to teach the Harmony. Will post back here with the results.
