Im currently on my 2nd Harmony 880. The first one just didnt look a uniform blue througout the screen, the upper left and right sides looked a little washed out. This 2nd one doesnt look much better.
Is this how the screen is supposed to look? My cell phone is clearer.
Anyone else with this problem? Is there a contract/brightness option that I am not seeing?

[Link: squareworld.com]Go to squareworld (link above) and download the different backgrounds and channel icons, then change your background to a preferred darker one it should help the uniformity of your screen. Thanks to jaythree who provides these icons and backgrounds.

I get the same problem 1 month ago, i returned my remote to harmony after a call to the support and they sent me a new one who works perfectly (with cradle, charger, ...)

I guess I'll be getting (another) new remote soon then. Fairly bad QA department for such an expensive remote
