My tv input needs to remain the same all the time as all audio and video switching is done thru the receiver. How do I get rid of the tv input box come up everytime I switch activities. It is a Harmony 880. Thanks Michael

Set it to use the same input for every activity, and tell it that there is no way to go directly to the first input, and that the TV remembers what input it was on when you first turn it on.

You know it just MIGHT be the "adjust inputs" link under the TV device.

How do you change inputs for your TV using the original remote?

I flip through the inputs until I get to the right one (usually for TV, VCR, etc.)

Is this list of inputs correct?

Answer doesn't matter

When cycling through inputs, does your TV skip over inputs that are not connected?

No

Select the name of the command that cycles between inputs or settings on your device.

Choose anything--it won't be using it.

Turn your TV Off and then back On again. Does it go to a particular input, or stay where it was?

Stays where it was

Is there a way to always go to a particular INPUT with your original remote?

No.
