I'm trying to use a Harmony 880 with a Bose LifeStyle II 28 system. I was wondering if anyone has been able, or has used the Harmony remote with the LifeStyle II systems. I see that it works with the series I systems, but am unsure if it will work with series II. Any help would be appreciated.

This will not work. The Harmony 880 is an IR remote and the Lifestyle System uses an RF remote.

Do a search - some of the Lifestyle systems are compatible and some aren't.
