my couch is 15 feet away from my components. My 880 is fully charged and won't transmit anything now until I walk to about 7-8 feet away. Had been working flawlessly from 15' for over a week until now. What should I do? known issue/

I would check for sources of potential interference at this point.
Has your room configuration changed recently. Does it work at night with the lights off? Are your batteries fully charged?
I have a family room with skylights that when the sun is coming through brightly I sometimes have the issue on non Harmony remotes.
If your batteries are good then perhaps there is something that may be diffusing the IR commands before it gets the the devices.
I hope this helps.

I have had a similar experience. The remote worked perfect for a month. After being out of town for a couple of days the remote forgot everything. I worked with tech support doing the firmware upgrade and downloading my set up again.
Everything now worked but from only 4 feet away. Several more calls to tech support resulted in a new remote.
I set up the new remote last night and it worked perfect just like my last one.
I hope this one lasts a lot longer than a month.
