Just programmed some custom learned keys into the TV remote section of my H659 and now the remote will not do anything. It just says "Welcome to your Harmony Remote" and none of the buttons will do anything. I tried removing the batteries, upgrading the firware to no avail.

After updating the firmware, did you also do an "Update My Remove" from your Home Page?

Yes I did but it was still hung. It was real nasty but finally after removing the batteries a few times it cleared up.
