I would just like to know if this is an enherent issue with the 890. RF extender seems to be locking up, and must be re booted, by removing the battery from the remote, and then syncing after putting tha battery back in. if this is typicle, I would like to know, so I can put my customer in another remote. It's driving my customer (and me) crazy!

I guess you did a Subject Search on the "890" and found many threads including this one: " [Link: remotecentral.com]".
