I got my stuff setup,

but my remote controlling on the 522 is rather slow compared to the Dish remote.

I changed the delay to 0ms on the inter-key delay, and changed the repeats to 2, but it's still slow controlling the things unlike the 522 factory remote..

Ideas?

Try setting repeats to 0 or 1.

Also try reducing the "inter-device" delay.
