Hi all,

I'm getting really pi55ed at Harmony Support for not getting back to me.

I've been trying to submit Hex codes for about 3 weeks now and I've heard nothing. When I try to call them, the queues seem endless.

Would anyone have the email address and name of the guy who sent out the apology over the Christmas period. If you recall, the apology was due to the slow website due to 'unexpected volumes'.

I would like to escalateto him.

How else have you guys got Harmony support to give your issue that attention it deserves ?

Thanks

Actually, I have never been so impressed by a customer/technical support staff. Sure it took some time to get it set up properly (IR repeater did play a role admittedly), but they were professional and efficient in my opinion.

I'm generally happy with the Harmony remotes and the troubleshooting support they've provided. ( I'm not complaining about the free replacement they provided me!)

But they've been unresponsive on two particular Hex entry issues. Hence my desire to escalate.

Speaking to their support team, they have a team dedicated to entering Hex codes. They seem to be slack or overworked!

Ahh. I understand. My hunch would be overworked, so if it has to be handled via email (which is extremely inefficient vs phone), there prob is a lag, and justifiable...

I don't know about "justifiable" as they took the feature off the website to enter them ourselves. Speaking of all this I got someones TSU3000 .pcf file for my denon 4306 and there is a sh*tload of hex's I need to have added to control the Net Radio feature, and iPod. What do I send them? The .pcf with a list 'o commands I want pulled, or do I have to cut and paste all of them into a word type document, and if I have to do this, how is it easier on anyone for them to have taken the Hex entry away? Don't get me wrong I love the Harmony line, for it's sheer usability and (most of the time) ease of set-up, but this is slightly frustrating.
