I would just like to add my agreement to the other posts praising Harmony's customer support. Even though there is obviously a backlog at present, the support I have received has been absolutely first rate. I've had a couple of problems with my LCD television selecting the correct input which they have fixed. I also have an unusual Grundig DVD player which the Harmony has been unable to control properly. Customer support has led me through a number of possible solutions and has now decided that this DVD player uses a 'toggle' infra-red code. They are working on a solution now. I have found the support to really be above and beyond the call of duty. Well done Harmony!
