Hey all!
After changing the number of days of TV listings and then updating my remote, I lost all customized programmed buttons to control my Cable box. I had set up the number pad down below for info, cancel, page up/down and of course directional keys - now all I get are numbers to change the channel!!
I am not impressed with this aspect of the remote's setup .. the web site can be difficult to use beyond the basic setup (if you want to customize), and I do not relish the idea of having to wade through a dozen or so pages trying to figure out how I did it a month and a half ago.
Anybody else experience this?? I am waiting for a reply from Harmony's web-support as this is totally unacceptable...
