I ran the test drive on the Harmony website and decided to buy one. I installed the software onto my PC, and I was able to run the inital setup fine that downloaded my test configuration to my 880.
When I returned to the Harmony web site, I clicked the Convert button to convert my account to a real device. But now, when ever I go to the Harmony website, I can't seem to get to the setup pages. It says "Thank you for taking a test drive" and displays the same Convert button.
Also, I have Firefox configured as my default browser, and I think this is causing problems with the Remote Client application. Does the Remote Client application do more than launch the website in a browser? Is there a way I can force it to use IE instead of Firefox when Firefox is configured as my default browser?
I'm so confused.
Thanks, Anthony

Your probably going to have to start over using IE. I use firefox also and got a warning that the site does not support it.

How do I start over? Should I uninstall my desktop software then reinstall it?

I also use Firefox, but revert to IE for programming my remote. I log on to the website manually by starting IE, then going to the website http://members.harmonyremote.com

This is a common problem - it happened to me aswell.
I thought about creating another account but in the end I simply rang the Logitech Support Desk - they corrected the problem in under a minute.
Cheers,
Nigel
