Is anyone else having problems updating their remote tonight? I get an error shortly after starting the process.

Yep, same thing here. Send them an e-mail and try again later.

Got a reply to my e-mail that one of their servers was down. It's back up and working again now.

I was also unable to update last night. I was able to update this morning for a while, but not now. Mabey they need more than one server!??

There are a number of websites that are either slow or not working at the moment due to the worldwide virus started last night that affects Microsoft SQL Server 2000 pre SP3.

I just tried updating, at 9:45AM PST, and it's still crashing. I get a white screen with the following error...

EasyZapperProcBalancer error '800a005b'

Object variable or With block variable not set

/EasyZapper/ProcessUpdate/Update_Searching.asp, line 50

Is this what you all are seeing as well?

When I hit the "Update" button, it doesn't go to the next page and then a refresh brings up the error message. I just e-mailed them, so we'll see how it goes.

I just checked it and it now seems to be working correctly. Time here is 3:16 PM PST.
