I have had my Harmony for a month or so and for some reason I cannot teach it how to learn the codes for my Gilmore power window blinds. I get bad IR every time I try anything. The remote is able to learn codes because it learned a few other things but for some reason this one function is a problem. I have been working with Logitech for two weeks and they keep sending me the same stupid suggestions. I tried raw, I tried to trick it into learning by using a second remote along with the remote I want it to learn. I have tried to teach the remote in the dark, under a book, every possible angle, every possible distance and nothing. I called the mfg of the blinds and they have no idea what the "codes" are. The thing that ticks me off the most is that my old pronto learned the codes without any problems and this new remote wont....what is up with that. Is there any way to get the code from my pronto which was able to learn it?

What else can I try.

Just send the pronto codes to support and they'll load it for you.

How do I get the code from the pronto? I pulled up the pronto but there is no code number showing anywhere. That would be great!

It's a hex code. Check with the Pronto forum.

You'll have to check with the Pronto users to find out how to get the hex code. I'm sure it's in the help for the software, though.

I have an issue with Bali Blinds working on my Pront TSU7000 THere is only one button on the remotre from the blinds. Push once and they open the oposite Direction from the last use, hit the button again and opens the opposite of last.

I taught the code to the pronto and nothing worked, I then taught the code to sony RM-VL1000 (just a run of the mill universal Remote) it worked fine. I then thaught the learnt code from the Sony to the Pronto and nothing. Can you be off any help with these codes?

Taught Directly from the Blinds Remote to the pronto

I can use the second code on the sony remote but there is no interface to the sony to pull the code directly from it.
