Hi all...just got my 880 a few days ago and have most things working to my satisfaction. The only glitch so far is that after my Watch TV activity finishes, I end up with an E button in the top left (LCD window). It acts just like the Channel Up, and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to get rid of it.

Also, is there any way to get the Favorites to stay up on the screen after the Activity?

Any suggestions / thoughts would be appreciated!!!

Thanks!

Next to your Watch TV Activity, select "Customize > Change the behaviour of buttons". Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the "Custom Button Label" section for the LCD. Just wipe-out the E. While you are at it, you might want to add some custom commands and/or modify some of the hard keys command mapping.

Thanks for the response. I did what you suggested, and there wasn't an E. There was one command with a " - " in it on both sides, but no E command. I'm at work, so I'll try wiping out the " - " on both sides and see what happens.

I have the same problem ("E" appearing as a softkey in various Activities or Device configurations). I emailed support describing the "E" softkey in one of my Activities. They sent me email saying they fixed and for me to update my remote (Harmony 520). I updated the remote and sure enough the "E" is gone now. Thanx Support... but they didn't tell me what they did. Later I discovered the same "E" softkey showing up in a couple Devices. Once again I emailed Support but this time they have asked me to call in to resolve the problem. I will do that when I have time. menawhile I was wndering if you had resolved your problem with the "E" softkey and if so, what is the process/steps to do so?
Thanx!

I had it too, after adding a new Denon DVD player (timing could have been a coincidence). This was a pain because it moved the "thumbs down" button on my DirecTivo to the second page of the device. I did what was originally offered as a solution above: I went into the customizations and set the value of the "E" button to blank. It went away after my next Update. The original definition that it showed up as set to was something like NumberEnter, which is different from Enter.
