Just got the 768. I like it, however...
the power went off twice today for no reason. I checked the batteries. This unit is brand new. A little shake and it came back on. If it keeps happening, I am calling tech support.
Also the side mode/cancel button is acting wierd. sometimes I cannot reach the navigate mode without numerous button pushing. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does its annoying.
Also when I try to surf the guide on my Zenith set top box, and I push the up arrow, it goes up two slots. It also goes down two slots. Can anyone help me on how to stop this.
