I recently recieved the new Harmony SST-768 and have programmed it to recieve 14 days of tv listings on about 100 of my favorite channels. The channel listing on the remote is correct but about half of the channels are missing when i look at the program names and times.

The new harmony is only taking 2 minutes to update via the web where my old one took 14 mins or so.

Anybody any ideas?

Same problem here. Did everything, removed all devices except TV, even did a hard reset and reloaded firmware. No change. Harmony is not on top of this, called them, no answer, sent an email, reply said it would be 3 to 4 days for them to reply.

Same thing here! I thought I was doing something wrong. The way Harmony handles the tv listings is strange. When you scroll the listings it also jumps around. for example I was looking for HBO channel 509. I scrolled down to the listings and it was not there then I scrolled back up and there it was.

I recently upgraded to the Harmony SST-768 and had some trouble updating my configuration as well. The config file was over 950 kB when downloaded. The Upgrade Utility (version 3.0) would attempt to update the unit, but after 6 minutes, many alpha-numeric characters showed in the Utility and the software stated the verify failed.

After speaking with the very helpful telephone support person, he said that they had a problem in their latest configuration compiler/compressor and as a result large config files could not be loaded into the SST-768. He said try with fewer days listing or fewer channels to get the downloaded config file to under 850 kB. I did so and my SST-768 upgraded with no difficulties.

No word on when the bug would be fixed, but for me this was an acceptable workaround. Perhaps it will work for you as well.
