I'd like to be able to see the "silver" version of the STT-768 in person before deciding on a color. Some silver remotes look good and some don't.
Also, I wonder whether all three colors feel the same (have the same texture). Silver-colored objects often feel slick and unfriendly.

Have you checked the Harmony website here: [Link: harmonyremote.com]All three feel the same. It's a smooth plastic, but not really slick. The back of the remote has a recess that your finger fits in nicely to give it a secure feel in your hand. The silver is the only one of the three that looks pretty much just like the picture.
