I have had my 768 for a week now. Wow is this thing complex and functional! In 10 minutes I had it working my system. I then contacted Harmony tech about customizing my lighting control. They programmed in my preferences and it works like a champ. I have had them make 2 changes and I am waiting to update the remote. I think this is going to make light control awesome. The customer service is great, and this remote is awesome, as it is totally customizable via your web page. Get one!
