i'm 90% satisfied with my harmony, but a couple things leave me a little disappointed: tivo remote lag and repeated buttons. in general my remote is sluggish feeling compared to the tivo remote, even with all delays set to 0. if i am in the 'now playing' list and i tap 'up' twice, it actually goes up 3 times. is there anything more i can do other than delay settings to adjust this?

Reduce the number of repeats. It should solve the extra menu movement and should also improve speed a bit (don't know if the speed up will be perceivable though).

Someone else may now specific about Harmony and TiVo interaction, I can only guess that perhaps the TiVo codes you're using in your configuration aren't as clean as they could be.

Yes, reducing the number of repeats will solve the extra command problem, and may help the lag (you can find the # of repeats setting by going through the Troubleshoot link for the Tivo device and following the prompts that describe the issue - remote responds too much or too little to some commands).

In order to check TwistedMelon's second suggestion, you can perform an IR confirmation (in the device's options) - the wizard will ask you to press 3 commands from the original remote with that remote pointed at the learning port of the Harmony. Try to press the buttons quickly as opposed to holding the button down. This will confirm that you're using the optimum set of IR codes for your device. If that does not fix the problem, you can re-learn all the device's commands from the original remote in RAW mode, and pressing them in a very "momentary" way - the command should still be learned, but it will be as short as possible.

You can also decrease the inter-device delay for the Tivo device - even though it's not directly related to consecutive commands to the Tivo device, it has been noted to make a difference in some cases.
