I just read in a review that Harmony puts a limit on the devices per year..
What does it mean?

Hum, that's strange and wonder how they would capture this. As I recall, the current limit is 15 devices and 255 activities.

A link to the review would be helpful.
All you'd have to do is setup a second profile with another email address to get around that.

That may be a limitation buried in the fine print fo the remote documentation (User Agreement) That doesn't mean there is hardware or software functionality in place to prevent it. (Ripping CDs would be a smiilar situation, possible illegal, definately doable)
