I am thinking of buying a Logitech Harmony 688 as my first Programmable Remote, amongst the setup that I would want it to cover would be the NaviPOD on my IPOD which remotely operates my IPOD via an IR Reciever plugged into the top of the IPOD, and a docking station through my amp. The remote control that came with this has been smashed so I could not use the copy facility I have read about but I don't yet know if the IPOD is on the database list of devices covered by the Harmony range. Can anyone help? Many Thanks Marcus
Marcus

I just tried to add the device in question and it seems to work fine. I added a device of type "Music Player", sub-type "Digital Music Server", manufacturer "Apple", model number "Navipod", and the resulting device shows up as "Ten Technology Digital Music Server (naviPod)". The commands available for the device are as follows:

AlbumNext, AlbumPrev, ChapterNext, ChapterPrev, FastForward, Pause, Play, PlaylistNext, PlaylistPrev, Repeat, Rewind, Shuffle, VolumeDown, VolumeUp
