Hello,
I just got my new Harmony on Thursday. I can't seem to get it to work. After talking to Tech Support on Friday 4 or 5 times it still will not power on or off my Marantz SR870 A/V Receiver. If I go to the manual control I can power on and off the receiver. Also the inputs don't match up with the receivers inputs. If I manually change to tv input the Harmony changes to the VCR1 input. Can this be fixed? Or should I just throw in the towel on the Harmony. Any Help would be GREAT!

Im not sure about the On/Off thing, but I can help you with the inputs. Harmony may have the device defined wrong, with the wrong inputs. This happens sometimes. With a quick call to harmony they can have it changed in minutes. It happened to me when i got my harmony. they will be glad to help because it will make future customers with the same receiver happy. They love and actually want input like this to continue to make there data base perfect.
just give them a call or a email and they will change it.
make sure to give them the exact inputs and their "order"

Thanks, I got everything working great. But I think I need more buttons to control my receiver.
