Anyone else having problems updating from Windows me?
My computer cannot open the hex files. to update, any tips to try?

Try turning off any firewalls that are active (like Norton Internet Security / Zone Alarm / etc.).
If that still doesn't work, try saving the file instead of opening it, then double click it from the saved location.

I'm surprised anything works with ME.
First suggestion is to upgrade to XP.
Second is to try reinstalling the harmony client software. Or you can go into file types and associate the file extension to the harmony programs.
