So, I just got my 676 yesterday, and everything went pretty well on setup, but the remote seems a lot slower than the Tivo remote. When I thumb through the guide or up or down channel, it takes longer to respond. Is there a way to rememdy this?

Also, Is there a way to turn off all devices except my Sat tuner and Tivo using the off button? I already have the activities set to leave the devices on when changing activities, but at night I want to turn off the TV and Reciever, but leave the Sat and Tivo on to record whatever may be on overnight.

Otherwise, this thing rocks. Six remotes into one? and it all works? awesome.

Not sure how you're turning off the Tivo - they don't have power buttons.

Go into the device options and tell it to leave the device on all the time. Yes, it's that easy.

To get faster response, lower your inter-key delay for the Tivo to 0 ms. You may have to adjust the number of repeats as well.

I too just set up a 676 with TIVO. The problem with the guide being slow is that the remote is repeating the signals and using an interkey delay and that is slowing it down. Mine works much better with the interkey delay set to 0 and the repeats set to 0 or 1 for the TIVO. The FAQ section tells you how to change these settings. It took me a full week to finally get my 676 to work just right with the TIVO. Once done - it works great.

Thanks guys. I adjusted the interkey delays and it's working fine now :)

Just a couple nagging issues that i'm fiddling with, but mostly related to my reciever and the sound sync issues.
