I'm extremely happy with the level of support and service I received last week form Harmony. Everything was just dandy, until the batteries needed changing. After installing fresh batteries, the remote was dead.
I emailed Harmony, and got a responce the next morning with a few tests to run. The unit was indeed dead. Within 24 hours they sent me a new Harmony (I got it in 2 days), and I returned the defective one.
This was one of the most painless customer service experiences I've had.

I have found response from tech support to be awfully slow, but last week was probably a worst-case scenario, with a lot of people on vacation, and when they have responded, it has been detailed and helpful.
BTW, they do now have phone support, although they aren't totally geared up for it yet.
