I sent an email to harmony customer support several days ago.
No response.
Detailed requests for assistance on customization.
Nada.
Tried to follow their onsite instructions.
Hosed.

Is EasyZapper a beta product? If so, they should market it as such. Definitely not ready for prime time.

For those on the fence, get one of the other universal remotes until Harmony gets its act together.
