When setting up the TV channel section of the remote, I'm unclear which gruop of channels to select (broadcast, etc.). I can get the Harmony to signal my cable box (sa 3100) but the favorites are not correlating to the channel at all. Can anyone help me set up the favorites so that I can browse more correctly? Thanx

what is wrong? Channels have three parts to them, The Channel number = number TV should be on to watch channel.
Channel ID = as far as I can understand - connection with Listing database
Channel name = name of station
Also I don't know if it matters. (I think those selections are selections created for your area, so pick the best match and try fixing the rest, that is what I did)

TYhe favorite channels do not come up correctly on my cable box (Sci Atla) 3100. I put them in on the web site but when I tell the cable box to go to channel 500 for HBO, it won't do it. I get a different channel.
