Remote won't program 'cause codes aren't in their list for common Denon and RCA products. Can't find them by sending from origional remote to Easy Zapper 'cause all it tells you is it didn't get info from web site. Can't use Characterization Worksheet 'cause remote doesn't even have that page on it's "spinning wheel".
Can't contact the manufacturer 'cause the varous links on their website don't work.

Try moving the remotes different distances for the commands. Try a similar product for the codes. Customer service from these guys is EXCELLENT!, I don't kow why you can't contact them...

Yeah, what he said.
Pick a product, even if different manufacturer, that has similar functions.
Then you can use the "infrared digitizer" to get proper IR commands from your remote to the Harmony.
The "basics" are pretty easy. The other stuff... well, they've a lot of work yet to do to make real customization practical for the average person.
