OK. It is true that the Harmony remote does almost everything for you but... Macros are still needed. For instance, to turn on/off the closed captions on my Sony TV I have to go via multiples steps in the TV menu. Also, to swith the audio language in my Satellite receiver, I also need several steps in the receiver menu. These actions can be easily programmed via macros. Is there any way to do this with my Harmony? Thanks in advance

You don't need to; the Harmony bypasses those silly Macro requirements. Seriously. ... Mike

Manuel--
I'm still figuring this out myself, but I think what you want to do is:
Figure out WHICH BUTTON and in WHAT MODE you want your Harmony to execute your Macro.
Go to ADD ACTIVITY->Utility->New Button (?I think that's what it is called) -> Follow the menus that will focus down to when/where you want your button to execute a command. But here's the kicker: you can add a SEQUENCE of commands to that button. That should take care of you. Note I DO NOT know how to create TIME INTERVALS between a series of executed commands within the macro.
