I just got the remote and when I try to configure it by adding my devices (most are not in the database) or by adding commands to existing profiles all the app says is weak signal. I have tried 5 different remotes at all kinds of distances. It obviously sees something but it won't accept it. Don't worry I am pointing the remotes at the correct end of the Harmony.

Contact EasyZapper right away. This is a known scenario but does not represent a hardware problem, and affects everyone a little differently. They know how to get it on track. ... Mike

I've found that by unplugging and replugging the remote from and to the USB cable it starts to work again ...

I had some of the same problems myself, until I realized that the 'IR Learner' likes it best when you literally just hit the remote buttons briefly, as you would when your using them. This is unlike other IR Learners I (and maybe you) are used to, where they expect you to hold down the buttons for a relatively lengthy period of time. I don't know if this is your problem, but thought this info might help...

I found that using the learning mode was impossible in bright light. When I put the 2 remotes under a towel it worked perfectly.
