Hello,
Can I program my system components into my Harmony web page before the remote arrives and I plug it into my computer?
Thanks,
Marc

Yes, you can jumpstart you remote by setting up your devices on the website. You will still need to some setup when you get your remote.

Eric,

I setup an account on Harmony's website in the hopes of doing that but stopped when the wizard asked me to connect my "EZ" in order to enable it to learn about my equipment as it was not listed in their database yet.

Did I miss something? How would one proceed without actually having an "EZ" remote?

Thanks,

Claude H.

I too am awaiting shipment of my new Harmony one. I now have a 676. Is there any way of cloning my web settings for the 676 before I update to Harmony one via "change remotes"? I want to do this so my wife, who is not a techie, can gradually learn to use the new One while in the meantime, she can continue to use the 676. Thanks

Have support clone your current account so you have 2 accounts. Keep one for the 676 and one for the One. This also allows you to use the 676 in another room or just as a backup.
