NOTE THE TOTAL £10.56!! i sold this car for just £107.00 at the end of the auction

on the 23rd i got this invoice

Dear bobg2004,

Here is a summary of your account activity since your last invoice:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Last Invoice: £0.00
Payments and Credits: -£3.01

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

New Fees excl. VAT
incl. VAT
Vatable fees £21.84
£25.66
(includes £3.82% VAT: £3.82):

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Total Fees: £21.84
£25.66

Total Amount Due:
£22.65

I obviously complained but in the small print on another different section of the site and not on the confirmation email total it says they add £15.00 because its a car!

I accept this is absolutely correct and e bay are quite within there legal rights to charge this amount.
i was a first time seller and im afraid this will be my last time.I will never use e bay again.

This is just my own personal opinion and hope this information is useful to UK residents selling a car on ebay

£ <- I guess this is a pound?

£ <- What is this?

Vat? <- Isn't this to hold your liquor?

Can't you just use a Visa card and be done with it?

And what about the $$$$? Is this any good?

I am so confused.

BTW, what the hell is a Mondeo 1.8LX Estate NR? Over here, that qualifies as a ranch.
