Superuser.net sucks big time. Oh, I guess the virtual hosting is ok for the price. But, they give NO support. NONE. ZERO. NADA. ZIP. I have been trying for two months to get a response from them with no results. Their 800 number seems to be on a perpetual answering machine. The message on it is some towel-head, "I'm sorry, we can't answer your call right now." RIGHT. How about, "Hey, we don't support our users, please don't call back."
If you or anyone you know is considering Superuser.net, save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. For what it's worth, I'm about to register a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Oh, and just for the record, I will not be the first, they already have a file with the BBB.
One pizzed off Superuser.net client.
