Is there a piece of software for a PC that can capture remote control IR commands through the laptop IR port and then send the code back out? Or a software for PC that makes the PC like a Pronto, etc by learning codes through the built in IR port?
HELP.

I have gotten the discrete codes for my television (HLN467W) available in a ccf file and I am currently running it through my pocket pc with a software from pdawin.com. I want to make my Learning Remote ( the one that comes with the VSX-45TX ) learn the function of the discrete codes (swapping the video input signal to correct source) so that I can program a macro to switch all the right stuff when I hit TV/SAT, or DVD, or VCR2 (which is my HD box). The learning remote says 'ok' about learning the function but when I try it, it doesn't work. The pocket pc works wonderful swapping the inputs discretely.
