Prefection is a flaw, I know this because I have none.

The only perfect person lived over 2,000 years ago, and even He chose friends unwisely (e.g. Judas.)
I'm just a sheep in wolf's clothing...

I don't talk much, because my goal is to be "always on the job, striving for prefection". But, King of typos and goodnf got all religious on me about this prefection stuff. Please guys, I don't pretend to be prefect, I only strive for prefection. There is a difference you know.
In the meantime, I remain........prefect. Thank you.

You know after all these months with "Mr. Prefect" I never, ever saw this. Until my friend mentioned it to me. She didn't tell me what was mispelt though. But I looked and I was trying to say "prefect" It never freaken dawn on me.

The word "pREfect" Means......

1 : any of various high officials or magistrates of differing functions and ranks in ancient Rome
2 : a chief officer or chief magistrate
3 : a student monitor in a private school

While the word "pERfect" means.....

1 a : being entirely without fault or defect : FLAWLESS b : satisfying all requirements : ACCURATE c : corresponding to an ideal standard or abstract concept d : faithfully reproducing the original; specifically : LETTER-PERFECT e : legally valid
2 : EXPERT, PROFICIENT
3 a : PURE, TOTAL b : lacking in no essential detail : COMPLETE c obsolete : SANE d : ABSOLUTE, UNEQUIVOCAL e : of an extreme kind : UNMITIGATED

4 obsolete : MATURE
5 : of, relating to, or constituting a verb form or verbal that expresses an action or state completed at the time of speaking or at a time spoken of
6 obsolete a : CERTAIN, SURE b : CONTENTED, SATISFIED
7 of a musical interval : belonging to the consonances unison, fourth, fifth, and octave which retain their character when inverted and when raised or lowered by a half step become augmented or diminished
8 a : sexually mature and fully differentiated
b : having both stamens and pistils in the same flower
- per·fect·ness /-fik(t)-n&s/ noun
synonyms PERFECT, WHOLE, ENTIRE, INTACT mean not lacking or faulty in any particular. PERFECT implies the soundness and the excellence of every part, element, or quality of a thing frequently as an unattainable or theoretical state
. WHOLE suggests a completeness or perfection that can be sought, gained, or regained . ENTIRE implies perfection deriving from integrity, soundness, or completeness of a thing . INTACT implies retention of perfection of a thing in its natural or original state .

So Mr Prefect, or should I correct the spelling of your name to Mr Perfect. I think that you need to do alot more striving, as you can't even spell your name correctly.

God bless you for trying though.

he has always been about pREfection and never about pERfection. He goes around correcting as if he is a prefect and not because he is perfect

Hey King of typos....and your friend too!!!

If you had followed any of my posts you would know that Mr. Prefect is a fictional character who tries to humorously poke a little fun at posters who are exceptionally careless about facts, spelling and grammar.

You would also know that I have a quirk about my
P's and R's. Although edmund thinks I have trouble minding my P's and Q's too!

And you would know what my favorite movies are.

Plus, that star50fiveoh and I don't always
agree or get along. But, I do respect his high level of accuracy, html, and spelling usages.

That my farts don't smell.

Finally, It all started right here in a thread originally titled TIME FOR A NEW HAMPTER?

Of course, you could have checked
my profile for addition hints of my character.

So, I guess the joke's on you, huh? :-)

I guess that means that your first name isn't "Ford" and you're not from Betelgeuse?

No Pan-Galactic Gargle Blasters for you! Just hours n' hours of Vorgon Poetry.

Arthur says "HI"

BTW where's my towel?

ONEAC,
I followed the first line okay and maybe part of the second line, but then you totally lost me. I am usually pretty bright......almost prefect, prehaps. But, you've got to express yourself in a more understandable fashion.
Thank you,

-Mr. Prefect (always on the job, striving to understand).
