i am hoping someone can tell me hoe to clean my remote controller for my toshiba tv.some of the buttons are not working at all while others take a lot of pressing to get working.i have it apart and see a greasy film on the back of the rubber keypad and on the circuit board.

#7 is probably applicable. I had an old Sony remote with that nice greasy problem. Took it apart with two buttons that didn't work; cleaned off the grease and 12 buttons didn't work! Now I know about the conductive spray you can get, but back then I just bought a new remote ($80!).
