I am here with tears in my eyes. I am watching the news to hear about my friend. I feel so guilt that I just want to know news about my dearest friend from work....... Her name Kristen McQuarrie, who is on the missing list.

She always had a smile on her face, there for put one on my face as well. She worked her butt off, and then some. She did alot for others, inculding bringing myself and someone else home. She ever brought me home, where I lived maybe 10 to 15 minutes west of work. While she lived in RI, 40 minutes from work. Then she moved just down the street from work.

Her daughter, was and still is going through tough times with the law. As well as did Kristen. About 4 years ago, Kristen put her self into a hospital or whatever to sober up. In which she did for at least a year half to two years. She even stopped smokening. But then she slowly got back into drinking again, and smoken. Her daughter wasn't maken it easier for her at all.

I don't know what else to say. I just don't want to say the wrong thing or whatever.

"God I love her so much. I ask you to take care of Kristen, wheather she's with you. Or if she's one of those Jane Does."

And those Jane Does, both can match Kristen's discription up. Even though she's about 42 or so, she does look like she's about 24 or so.

God Bless.

When I went to sleep, it was 24 . . . . . when I woke up the nightmare was even worse at 98+.

But the numbers don't really matter, one would have been too many.

Our prayers are with you as well.

Thank you Tommiee. When I went online and checked my email. I noticed that you have a message from remotecentral.com Of course I opened it, and noticed it was to open an account. I was shocked, but knew you were going to reply to this message. Therefore I thank you.

You are among the elite group of people who knows that I have a big heart. Kristen was apart of that group as well. I gave her hugs nearly every day that I saw her. Specaily when I gave her Marlboro Miles. She touched my heart in many ways. She also touched alot of peoples hearts at work.

God Bless

Rob,

I note with sadness, the use of the past tense, in the last two posts from two who knew Kristen.

Rare are those friends who touch us so deeply. My best wishes for her, in her new life. My sympathies to her family, to you, and to those who knew her personally.

I just had to bring this message back up as tonight is the one year anniversary for this horrific time in my, and my friends at work life. As of course we all went, and still are, going through alot of pain of our lose. Specaily during the time of not knowing anything at all. Kristen was the last one to be pulled from the sight and the last one to be ided. Even though a year has past, everytime we see something on tv about this, tears comes to our eyes. We slow down at work to think about Kristen. Today at work we wore flowers on our uniforms, and a wreath was donated by a tribal member from Foxwoods to be displayed in our restraunt.

I love you Kristen, I know that you are watching over us. But please rest in peace as you are missed down here on earth. God bless you for being a strong woman.

Love and prayers from this side of the pond

Years ago I was in Manchester when the IRA blew it up with the largest bomb planted in main land Britain. No one was killed .amazingly! Every one thought it must have killed hundreds of people and the period of not knowing is a feeling I never want my family and myself to feel again. Many years have passed and it still deeply affects me. I can’t begin to understand how it feels to have lost someone so precious.

My prayers are not just for the loved ones lost but for there family and friends may you find the strength to remember them as they would have wished and not dwell on such a terrible time.

Love Bob

I do remember her alot in good ways. Though it's hard not to think about her being gone. But my memories out way the lost. For this I am not feeling so much down. I know sounds rude, but I believe that I should remember her at the times that she made me smile, laugh and feel good. Just as you said.
